These terms govern your use of ClubsHQ on the web and in the apps. By creating an account or joining an organization you agree to them.
Organizations and roles
An organization is opened for a community by a platform administrator and run by that community's own admins. Your admins decide who joins, which role you have and what you can see and do. They are responsible for their organization's rules, results and conduct; we provide the tools.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself and give accurate details. One person, one account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile; see the Privacy Policy for what that removes.
Objectionable content and abusive behaviour
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. That means no harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, slurs, sexual content involving or aimed at people, incitement to violence, or content that is illegal where you or the people reading it live. Posting it, or behaving that way towards other members, ends your access.
Everything members write passes an automatic filter before it is stored, and every post can be flagged by anyone who sees it, from the web and from the app. Reports are acted on within 24 hours: content that breaks this rule is removed and the member who posted it is ejected from the organization, and from ClubsHQ where the behaviour warrants it. You can also block any member — their posts and threads disappear from your view immediately, everywhere, and our moderators are told so the content can be reviewed.
Acceptable use
Don't harass, threaten or discriminate; don't post content you don't have the right to share; don't try to break into, overload or scrape the service; don't impersonate other people or organizations. Organization moderators can hide posts and lock threads; we can suspend accounts or organizations that break these terms.
Versus challenges and stakes
Versus lets players and teams challenge each other. Any stake is either an in-app budget amount or an amount the two sides agree to settle between themselves. ClubsHQ never holds, transfers or processes money and is not a party to any wager. Where real-money wagering is restricted by law, don't use external stakes. Disputes are decided by a platform administrator on the evidence provided (streams, screenshots); that decision is final within the service.
Content and data
You keep the rights to what you post and upload and grant us the licence needed to store and display it within the service. Match statistics entered about you by your club belong to the club's records. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
We do not sell, license or give results, statistics or any other data from the service to betting or gambling operators, and we do not use it to set odds or take bets.
Game publishers
ClubsHQ is an independent community tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Electronic Arts, Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo or any game publisher. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Beta and pricing
ClubsHQ is free while it is in beta. Before any paid plan starts, organization admins will get at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app, and nothing will be charged without the organization choosing a plan. Organizations that joined during the beta will be offered founding-member terms. If you decide not to continue, you can export your organization's records and ask us to delete them before the change.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We aim to keep it running and to keep your data safe but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free scores. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of matches, challenges or transfers organised through the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be dated above and announced to organization admins. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@clubshq.games.
